Yes it was formerly ran by Addax Petroleum Nigeria Limited under NPA, but after the privatization of ports by the Bureau of Public Enterprise, the lease of the Old Port was concessioned to Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited formerly known as Addax Logistics and has a primary focus on providing effective port handling services to oil and gas industries.

Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited is jointly owned by Broadview Engineering Limited and Coastland Energy Logistics Limited.

Shareholding structures of Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited is: 76% Broadview Engineering Ltd and 24% Coastland Energy Logistics Limited.

They include:

• Handling of marine vessels and helicopter services..
• Storage Facility, warehousing, office space and guesthouses...
• Support offshore oilfield activities amongst others...

Shoreline has two operational bases in Cross River, Calabar: Calabar Old Port and McIver Jetty.

Shoreline offers a lower rate compared to other port operators.
