Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited (SLNL) is a 100% Nigerian Company jointly owned by Broadview Engineering Ltd (A Member of the Honeywell Group) and Coastland Energy Logistics Limited. We are a Port Operation Company and a Logistics Base Services provider, offering coastal services and logistics solutions designed to meet the diverse needs of the Oil & Gas Industry and Maritime Sector. Shoreline prides itself on its partnership with Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) for the confidence reposed on us to serve as a logistics base and terminal for the support of Tropical West Africa (TWA) operations.

We observe, listen, and understand business needs before recommending any logistics solution that will ultimately fulfill our client's objectives. We have two operational bases in Calabar;

Our History

Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited (SLNL) was incorporated in July 31, 2006 as a subsidiary of Addax Petroleum Corporation.

In 2005, when ports in Nigeria were concessioned to qualified bidders, Addax Petroleum bidded for the operation of NPA Old Port Calabar through a Special Purpose Vehicle (Addax Logistics Nigeria Limited later renamed Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited - SLNL) and emerged successful. The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) officially handed NPA Old Port to SLNL on May 25, 2007. Five years later, SLNL was awarded the management of an additional base (McIver Jetty) under a  lease agreement with the NPA.

Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited was acquired from Addax Petroleum, in December 2014, by Coastland Energy Logistics Limited. Coastland Energy is a marine logistics company with corporate head office at Plot 9 Prof Gabriel Olusanya Street, Off QMB Builders' Mart Road, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State, Nigeria.

In 2016, Broadview Engineering Limited acquired most of Coastland Energy's interest in Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited. Broadview Engineering Limited is an indigenous Engineering, Procurement and Project Management Company with corporate head office at No 2 Abimbola Awoniyi Close, Off Kasumu Ekemode Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

Today, Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited (SLNL) is jointly owned by Broadview Engineering Limited (A Member of the Honeywell Group) and Coastland Energy Logistics Limited.

Security

Shoreline Logistics image Being security conscious, Shoreline Logistics Nigeria Limited collaborates with Security Agencies to provide security services within and outside the port. We are equally compliant with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code).
